Lead Data Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: U.S. Remote; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and the role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analyses, from framing ambiguous questions through recommendations and impact measurement.
• Design dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable stakeholders to answer routine questions independently.
• Set standards for analytical rigor, methodology, documentation, and canonical business definitions.
• Apply statistical methods, experimentation design, and causal inference to improve decision quality.
• Partner with analytics engineers on warehouse modeling and convert recurring analytical needs into durable data models.
• Mentor analysts and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical role.
• At least 2 years operating at a senior analyst level, owning complex projects end to end.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python for statistical work.
• Advanced Looker or comparable BI experience, including LookML, dashboard design, and semantic-layer thinking.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or a similar modern cloud data warehouse.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for the duration of employment; employer visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue and go-to-market data, including pipeline, forecasting, funnels, retention, or CRM.
• Comfort working with sensitive patient and healthcare-related information.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience.
