Lead Data Analyst

Location: U.S. Remote. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analyses on ambiguous, high-stakes business questions and deliver actionable recommendations with impact measurement.
• Design dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable stakeholders to answer routine questions independently.
• Apply statistical methods, experimentation design, and causal inference to improve analytical conclusions.
• Partner with analytics engineers on warehouse data modeling and turn recurring analytical needs into durable models.
• Establish rigorous analytical methodologies, documentation, canonical definitions, and quality standards.
• Mentor analysts, communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and influence senior stakeholders across business functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical role.
• 2+ years operating at a senior analyst level with ownership of complex projects end to end.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python for statistical work.
• Advanced experience with Looker or a comparable BI tool, including LookML, dashboard design, and semantic layer concepts.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience; legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue and go-to-market data, including pipeline, forecasting, funnel, retention, or CRM data.
• Comfort working with data related to patient and healthcare information and handling sensitive information appropriately.
