What you will do

• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to frame key questions, define metrics, and develop hypotheses that guide product strategy.
• Analyze user behavior and product usage data to uncover areas for improvement in contract management workflows.
• Design and run experiments to test new features and optimizations, providing clear, actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to empower product teams to monitor performance and make data-informed decisions.
• Foster a collaborative environment where data is accessible and integral to product development.
• Identify and implement Generative AI solutions to automate internal data workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in the Product Analytics space.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL & Python.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, Looker/Tableau is preferred.
• A naturally inquisitive, critical thinker who enjoys solving problems.
• A demonstrated self-starter with strong communication and project management skills.
