BI & Analytics Developer (Medical Safety): Building interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions for global pharmacovigilance and medical safety workflows with an accent on Qlik Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise data visualization. Focus on designing scalable reporting solutions, improving dashboard performance, ensuring data accuracy, and transforming complex safety data into actionable insights.
Location: Remote from any location except Russia and Belarus; working hours aligned with CET/CEST.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Build scalable data visualization solutions using modern BI platforms.
- Collaborate with business users and product teams to define reporting needs and visualization approaches.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, usability, and performance across reporting solutions.
- Support ad hoc analytics and data exploration initiatives.
- Document reporting solutions and maintain development standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Qlik Cloud, Tableau, and/or Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design best practices in enterprise environments.
- English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher; ability to work on CET/CEST hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical safety, pharmacovigilance, or drug safety.
- Understanding of FDA, EMA, and GxP regulatory environments.
