What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of enabling infrastructure and utility projects, including energy, process water, rainwater harvesting, and back-of-house facilities.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, critical paths, procurement, bidding, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, statutory undertakers, facilities teams, utilities partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee construction quality, site logistics, field operations, operational continuity, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Ensure safety compliance, regulatory approvals, permits, wayleaves, and other required project documentation.
• Prepare financial reports, capital funding requests, lessons learned, and controlled project records.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering infrastructure construction projects through design and construction phases.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, bidding, negotiations, critical path management, constructability reviews, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of enabling infrastructure delivery, including mass grading, water management, environmental mitigation, and utilities.
• Experience coordinating with UK utility statutory undertakers and managing project budgets, cash flow, cost control, and change orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Power BI, Teams, Power Apps, and Bluebeam or equivalent PDF software.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
