What you will do

• Lead data centre project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and alignment with design intent and business objectives.
• Coordinate discipline project management (MEP, CSA) when required and ensure smooth integration of work packages.
• Oversee budgets and schedules, reporting progress and highlighting key risks in coordination with the Commercial Manager.
• Coordinate design reviews, approvals, documentation control, and stakeholder communications through regular status meetings.
• Drive safety culture, compliance with building codes/regulatory requirements, and early risk identification and resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years managing large-scale, mission-critical construction projects, including data centre developments and fit-out works.
• Experience delivering projects integrating TCS loop liquid cooling networks (ideally).
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline delivery teams and coordinate construction sequencing and scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools; understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
