What you will do

• Provide HSE advice and support across site operations, promoting safe working practices and continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture across the company and supply chain.
• Monitor site performance through inspections and audits, including reviews of risk assessments and method statements.
• Agree corrective actions with site management and follow up on non-conformances.
• Prepare HSE performance reports and KPI updates for business, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage incident response, investigations, training needs, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Experience providing HSE advice within complex industrial, engineering, energy, or construction environments.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, audits, and reviews of risk assessments and method statements.
• Knowledge of legislative, contractual, and statutory HSE requirements.
• Ability to investigate incidents, establish root causes, and close corrective actions.
• Capability to prepare reports, deliver training, and advise site teams.
