TL;DR
Site Supervisor (Energy Efficiency): Supporting the delivery of domestic energy-efficiency improvement projects with an accent on contractor management, site safety, compliance, and workmanship quality. Location: Hybrid working in the United Kingdom; permanent position.
Salary: £37,659–£50,250 per year, plus employee benefits.

What you will do
- Manage contractor and delivery-partner performance across domestic energy-efficiency projects.
- Support site safety activities, including inductions, toolbox talks, risk reviews, and work-in-progress inspections.
- Verify installations against PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS, Gas Safe, and Building Regulations requirements.
- Conduct post-installation quality and snagging inspections and track corrective actions.
- Maintain project records, site diaries, property information, and compliance documentation.
- Support programme updates, customer issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience managing contractors or delivery partners in construction, retrofit, or energy efficiency.
- Good knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and health and safety practices.
- Knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS, Gas Safe, and Building Regulations.
- Experience reviewing technical and compliance documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, organisation, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with domestic retrofit or energy-efficiency programmes.
- Experience using client compliance portals.
