Senior Specialist Performance Management - Corporate CoE Talent Management

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage the global Performance Management approach, including concepts, methods, and processes.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and global guidance for the annual Performance Management cycle, Performance and Development Dialogues, and Calibration Conferences.
• Facilitate Performance Management processes for different employee groups, including executives.
• Consult executives and HR Business Partners on process- and system-related questions.
• Lead training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups.
• Create communication and enablement materials, enhance KPI dashboards, and analyze data for process steering and success tracking.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management.
• At least five years of professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing Performance Management processes and tools.
• Proven experience steering global HR projects, with strong analytical, methodological, conceptual, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Performance & Goals, or a similar system; proficient Business English required.
