What you will do

• Build complete features across React frontend components and backend API services for the hirify.global Agent Mesh.
• Design responsive interfaces and robust services integrating with the hirify.global Platform.
• Participate in requirements definition, architecture, implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on features spanning multiple system components.
• Write maintainable code, contribute to code reviews, and document APIs, components, and development processes.
• Develop automated tests and resolve issues across the full application stack.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, modern frontend tooling, and automated testing.
• Experience building backend services with Python and Java Spring Boot using RESTful API design.
• Understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases, data modeling, HTTP, web technologies, and client-server architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, modern development tools, and build processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Experience with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, event-driven architecture, messaging systems, microservices, or distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, Docker, or basic Kubernetes concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cline, Claude Code, or Aider.
