What you will do

• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React and Redux for complex operational workflows.
• Implement scalable backend APIs and business logic using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate AI agents into the entire software development lifecycle, from specifications to QA and documentation.
• Create comprehensive unit, integration, API, and front-end tests to ensure production readiness.
• Take end-to-end ownership of capabilities, including integration, release, and production verification.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Must be an AI-native developer with mastery of agentic tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong production experience with React and Redux.
• Strong production experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Professional experience with either Node.js or Python.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Mississauga, Ontario office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga, Material UI, or DevExpress.
• Background in B2B SaaS, Cloud-native applications, or distributed services.
• Industry experience in logistics, security, IoT, video, or computer vision.
• Experience creating reusable AI instructions and agent workflows.
