What you will do

• Build AI-powered agents integrated into HR and Financial workflows.
• Develop tooling and platform capabilities that scale intelligent agent functionality.
• Own functional areas across the full lifecycle, from development to production operations.
• Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, machine learning specialists, and technical and non-technical partners.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to strong engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years with a web development framework, preferably Python with Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• 1+ year with React and TypeScript for frontend or full-stack development.
• 1+ year working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud SaaS products, distributed systems, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, containers, Docker, Kubernetes, or Elasticsearch.

Nice to have

• AWS experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile, multifunctional teams.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments.
