Salary: $168,000–$194,250 CAD base salary

What you will do

• Develop and maintain web and desktop applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build Agentic AI framework capabilities in collaboration with the data science team.
• Own significant features end to end, write maintainable code and unit tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Deploy weekly releases, support on-call operations, and troubleshoot issues reported by QA and customers.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and UX teams on shared components and engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development experience, including high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and modern cloud platforms such as GCP.
• Experience with React or Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, architectural documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with mentoring, Agile methodologies, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
