What you will do

  • Lead business process discovery sessions to define scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across Service Cloud, Order Management, and Commerce.
  • Define and govern solution design, including data models, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Act as the primary technical authority and strategic advisor to client stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Own deployment strategy and release governance, including risk mitigation and rollback planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align business and technical stakeholders and provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years specializing in B2B Commerce.
  • Deep understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein features, Extensions framework, and Connect APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce OMS and cross-cloud use cases (B2B, D2C, Loyalty, Revenue, Marketing).
  • Knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency in test-driven development and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript development.
  • Experience building detailed Salesforce configuration and technical design documents.
  • Expertise in Salesforce reporting and sales performance analytics.
