What you will do
- Lead business process discovery sessions to define scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Service Cloud, Order Management, and Commerce.
- Define and govern solution design, including data models, integrations, and system architecture.
- Act as the primary technical authority and strategic advisor to client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Own deployment strategy and release governance, including risk mitigation and rollback planning.
- Partner cross-functionally to align business and technical stakeholders and provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years specializing in B2B Commerce.
- Deep understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein features, Extensions framework, and Connect APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce OMS and cross-cloud use cases (B2B, D2C, Loyalty, Revenue, Marketing).
- Knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in test-driven development and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript development.
- Experience building detailed Salesforce configuration and technical design documents.
- Expertise in Salesforce reporting and sales performance analytics.
