What you will do
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify and document customer requirements.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce designs, prioritizing best practices to minimize custom development.
- Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions and develop detailed technical specifications.
- Drive best practice UX design across all aspects of solution delivery.
- Manage project lifecycles, customer communications, and provide end-user training.
- Partner with the AI team to create innovative solutions using Agentforce and generative AI technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role.
- 2+ years of project delivery experience specifically with Salesforce.
- Expert-level experience designing Service Cloud solutions using declarative configuration.
- Deep understanding of Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services.
- Proven experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud, Field Service, and Sales Cloud deployments.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Wave Analytics.
- Multiple current Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, Field Service, etc.).
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
