What you will do

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify and document customer requirements.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce designs, prioritizing best practices to minimize custom development.
• Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions and develop detailed technical specifications.
• Drive best practice UX design across all aspects of solution delivery.
• Manage project lifecycles, customer communications, and provide end-user training.
• Partner with the AI team to create innovative solutions using Agentforce and generative AI technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role.
• 2+ years of project delivery experience specifically with Salesforce.
• Expert-level experience designing Service Cloud solutions using declarative configuration.
• Deep understanding of Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services.
• Proven experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud, Field Service, and Sales Cloud deployments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Wave Analytics.
• Multiple current Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, Field Service, etc.).
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
