What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions for clients.
• Translate complex business needs into effective technical architectures and actionable solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on data modeling, integration, and security best practices.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and streamline operations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementation and consulting.
• Proven track record of leading Salesforce cloud transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing and data processes and regulatory requirements.
• Must be based in Chicago, New York, or Atlanta.
