Order Entry Specialist

What you will do

• Perform email triage for enquiries, sales orders, and complaints.
• Acknowledge and enter orders and complaints received through e-commerce platforms, EDI systems, customer portals, email, and other channels.
• Process orders accurately and promptly, including billing plans and downpayment creation.
• Investigate and resolve order or data discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain open orders, follow procedures and deadlines, and meet defined KPIs.
• Support customer-priority strategies, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Customer- and business-oriented, proactive, solution-driven, tenacious, and resilient.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and functions as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other Asian languages.
• Flexibility to participate in meetings and calls across different global time zones.
