Operation Supervisor

Location: Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang (Penang), Malaysia. Schedule: Full time, 11-hour rotating shifts in Malaysia.

What you will do

• Manage daily manufacturing and remanufacturing activities across multiple product lines.
• Coordinate production scheduling, resource allocation, workflows, and team activities.
• Lead quality assurance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory of materials, components, and finished products.
• Analyze KPIs and manufacturing data to recommend process improvements and cost reductions.
• Monitor expenses, manage capital expenditures, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 2–4 years of job-related experience and 0–2 years of management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, workflow management, process improvement, supply chain, warehousing, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP applications and SQL.
• Ability to manage teams, prioritize work, think strategically, and support talent development.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
