What you will do

• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels against production requirements to meet KPI targets.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Planning departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Analyze inventory trends and stock movement patterns to report on shortages, over-stock, and obsolete items.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and support annual stock audits.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory control and warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of inventory control or warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using ERP systems such as SAP (MM & IM), Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics as a WMS.
• Knowledge of inventory performance metrics and KPI reporting.
• Ability to ensure compliance with warehouse safety, quality, and operational standards.
