Inventory Control Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels against production requirements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Planning to ensure timely material availability.
• Track shortages, excess stock, slow-moving and obsolete items, and forecast future supply requirements.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement analyses, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Perform cycle counts, stock audits, annual stock counts, and support external audits while driving warehouse process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of inventory control or warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience using ERP or WMS solutions such as SAP MM/IM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, quality, operational standards, inventory analysis, and stock management.
