Inventory Control Specialist

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy against KPI targets and production requirements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Planning to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor shortages, overstock, slow-moving, aging, and obsolete inventory while forecasting future supply requirements.
• Analyze inventory trends, stock movement, and performance metrics; prepare regular inventory reports.
• Perform cycle counts, stock audits, annual stock counts, and support external audits while driving warehouse efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of inventory control or warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience using ERP or WMS platforms such as SAP MM/IM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, quality, operational standards, and ISO-compliant processes.
