What you will do

• Plan, organize, monitor, and manage resources required to deliver commerce projects and engagements.
• Own project deliverables, scope, schedule, cost, quality, documentation, and operational execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changing requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholders, review team deliverables, and prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Apply formal delivery methodologies and modified Agile practices while enforcing project standards.
• Support pre-sales activities through presentations and solution demonstrations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing IT projects involving the Software Development Life Cycle.
• At least 5 years of commerce project management experience, including 2+ years managing Salesforce Commerce projects.
• Participation in all phases of at least 5 full commerce lifecycle implementations and successful delivery of at least 5 commerce engagements.
• Deep knowledge of formal delivery methodologies and modified Agile practices.
• Strong analytical, qualitative, teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, or Austin.
