Salary: $90,200 – $139,800 USD Annual.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing products and services from sale close through customer support handoff.
  • Create and maintain project schedules while tracking and translating customer requirements into deliverables.
  • Monitor workflow requirements to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
  • Act as an information broker by directing communication between internal teams and customers.
  • Prioritize project needs and effectively manage resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Advocate for positive organizational change by identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
