What you will do

• Manage the overall project or engagement plan, budget, schedule, staffing, scope, and delivery structure.
• Lead application solution delivery in response to client requirements and approved service requests.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate resources across all phases of commerce implementations.
• Manage project risks, issues, quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Review team deliverables, status reports, project plans, and scope to ensure agreed outcomes are met.
• Support pre-sales activities through client presentations and solution demonstrations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing IT projects involving the Software Development Life Cycle.
• At least 5 years of commerce project management experience, including 2+ years managing Salesforce Commerce projects.
• Participation in at least 5 complete commerce lifecycle implementations and successful delivery of all phases of at least 5 commerce engagements.
• Deep knowledge of formal delivery methodologies and modified Agile methodology.
• Experience creating and executing project work plans, managing resources, and controlling deliverables, cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Strong analytical, qualitative, teamwork, communication, and pre-sales presentation skills.
