Location: Hybrid work in The Hague, Netherlands

What you will do
- Analyse existing automated processes and translate them into compliant designs, requirements, and business rules.
- Facilitate workshops and align business, IT, development, architecture, and operations stakeholders.
- Model and document processes and solution requirements for automation delivery teams.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps that could affect migration timelines.
- Support testing and implementation activities to ensure stable, reliable solutions.
- Help migrate existing automations into the standard environment while protecting performance and business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Management, IT, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business-to-IT translation skills.
- Experience with process automation, digital transformation, and Agile ways of working.
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, BPMN or other process-modelling tools, UiPath, or similar platforms.
