Location: Cargo Building at Schiphol Center, Netherlands. If the position allows, working from home and working abroad for up to 8 weeks within the EU and Caribbean are available.

Gross monthly salary: €4,348.98–€7,287.48.

What you will do

• Detail the NCT Operational Concept and North Star Processes using BPMN levels 3–5.
• Translate the Cargo-a-la-Carte concept into cargo-handling processes, manuals, policies, impact assessments, and business requirements.
• Coordinate activities across the Logistic Handling Concept track, POC Program, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Design and align logistical material-handling solutions and process installations.
• Define LHC requirements for the Digital Twin and contribute assumptions and input to simulation tools.
• Support project management, testing, validation, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s level thinking and working, or equivalent experience, preferably in logistics or systems engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in process optimization, project management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BPMN for process mapping and improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience with RFPs for logistics-handling systems.
• Proficient knowledge of air-cargo handling and logistics-handling systems.
• Strong relationship-building, critical-thinking, problem-analysis, initiative, decisiveness, and information-gathering skills.
