Business Analyst (Logistics): Translating operational concepts and IT visions into actionable strategies for the New Cargo Terminal project with an accent on IT Fit and Gap analysis, process mapping, and roadmap development. Focus on designing epics and features for 360-piece level visibility, zero-touch processes, and industrial methods.

Location: Cargo Building at Schiphol Center, Netherlands (Hybrid work possible)

What you will do

• Translate the operational vision into high and mid-level IT and functional requirements, developing epics and features.
• Develop business cases for each epic to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Create a project roadmap focusing on the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent phases.
• Translate Proof of Concept (POC) outcomes for the IT, data, and control track.
• Identify and document critical assumptions required for the simulation track.
• Support project management activities, including testing, validation, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in logistics or systems engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in process optimization, project management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in BPMN for process mapping and improvement.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Netherlands (Schiphol Center).
