What you will do

• Build and enhance Power BI reporting solutions for collateral and LTV metrics.
• Analyze and validate complex datasets using Databricks.
• Define reporting metrics, monitoring requirements, and data quality validation checks.
• Document business definitions, reporting standards, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting readiness and data quality.
• Support governance activities and ensure compliance with BCBS239 principles.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Data Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Databricks.
• Proven ability to document business processes and data definitions.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Experience within banking, mortgage, or lending environments.
• Must be able to work onsite in Amstelveen, Netherlands.

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting or data governance frameworks.
