What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document comprehensive business requirements and goals.
• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Act as a primary liaison between technical development teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in defining test cases and scenarios.
• Support project planning, task prioritization, and risk mitigation throughout the implementation phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce, other CRM systems, ERP, or router management systems.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and business process modelling tools.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to travel if required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.
