What you will do

• Achieve annual sales targets by promoting laboratory products through direct account calls and dealer representatives.
• Develop current and prospective accounts, prioritize territory coverage, and maintain customer and dealer records in SAP.
• Train dealer personnel on product applications, specifications, product justification, and company policies.
• Conduct and support trade shows, seminars, demonstrations, and local promotional events.
• Manage demonstration inventory, travel and operating budgets, leads, reporting, and required paperwork.
• Collaborate with home office, sales, service, management, and other divisions while monitoring competitors and distributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences.
• Two or more years of sales experience with scientific instruments or equipment preferred.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Technical knowledge in areas such as engineering, biology, analytical chemistry, or materials science; laboratory experience with automated analytical instruments is beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, time management, strategic thinking, and independent-work skills.

Nice to have

• Prior product management experience supporting a technical product.
• Experience with automated laboratory analytical instruments.
