Salary: $108,500 - $135,625 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategy by prioritizing account portfolios and maintaining relationships throughout the year.
- Drive the sales process from beginning to end, including discovery, opportunity identification, proposals, and closing.
- Meet new prospects from inbound and outbound channels, qualify needs and decision-makers, and land new customers.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of new logo prospects and own the new logo process through close of sale.
- Leverage technical support (engineers) for qualified customer needs and delegate to Technical Inside Sales Executives for highly technical/specialized offerings.
- Support renewals by following up with customers and transition implementation to fulfillment teams after closing.
Requirements
- Residency: Must reside in Southwest, US.
- 2+ years of related sales experience.
- Deep knowledge and experience with the EV Battery industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Business acumen and strong understanding of business sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Culture & Benefits
- Estimated annual compensation: $108,500 - $135,625, including base salary $70,000 - $87,500 plus 100% on-target performance.
- Sales incentive plan: annual target incentive of 55% of base salary, paid quarterly and performance-contingent.
