What you will do

• Own end-to-end program governance, establishing PMO structures and managing integrated plans across RPA and Generative AI workstreams.
• Manage program RAID logs, proactively mitigating risks and enforcing change control processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, presenting reports to senior leadership and the steering committee.
• Oversee resource and capacity planning, forecasting demand and managing distributed team culture.
• Handle budget and financial governance, tracking actuals against forecasts and managing SOWs and contracts.
• Translate business outcomes into technical requirements for AI engineers and architects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience in large-scale digital transformation, Automation, or AI/ML.
• Experience with UiPath migrations.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams of 15+ people.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Strong experience in program financials, including P&L tracking and commercial management.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Generative AI programs in a client-facing context.
• Experience with distributed offshore-onshore delivery teams.
• Knowledge of pre-sales processes and proposal contribution.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
