What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Implement program governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and escalation mechanisms.
• Manage interdependencies across product, engineering, design, and business workstreams.
• Design and improve delivery processes, templates, and metrics within the PMO.
• Oversee program resourcing, capacity planning, and financial forecasting.
• Coach and guide Project Managers on delivery best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in program or project management within digital or tech environments.
• Proven track record of managing multi-stream programs with complex dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar delivery tools.
• Based in or commutable to the Greater London Area and aligned with UK timezone.
