Program Manager

TL;DR

Program Manager (Marketing/Communications): Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale social, creative, and communications programs with an accent on cross-functional coordination, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on managing flagship events, product launches, policy campaigns, and organizational programs across technology, business development, marketing, and communications domains.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale cross-functional programs and campaigns including project plans, timelines, RACI frameworks, and workback schedules.
• Support strategic planning with roadmapping, resource allocation, goal-setting, and organizational processes.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors on deliverable alignment, timelines, and centralized program management expansion.
• Schedule cross-functional meetings, track action items, manage stakeholder communications, and bridge creative and business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and dependencies across program types.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional partners, navigate conflict resolution, and track milestones.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to distill complexity for leadership.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of organic marketing, communications, social, and editorial dynamics.
• Experience at top-tier organizations like Microsoft, Apple, Google, Amazon preferred
