What you will do

• Lead multiple projects and programs from kickoff to delivery, handling planning and prioritization.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and transform ambiguity into measurable milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track velocity, throughput, and scope changes.
• Own client communications, setting expectations and resolving issues to maintain trust.
• Integrate generative AI tools into daily PM tasks, such as summarizing meetings and drafting requirements.
• Maintain high attention to detail while managing the overall program trajectory.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering technical projects in Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban).
• Strong leadership skills to align cross-functional teams and diverse personalities.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• High organizational ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing detail.
• Must be US-based.
• Working knowledge of generative AI concepts and a habit of using AI tools for productivity.

Nice to have

• Background in engineering or DevOps, including comfort reading code or infrastructure diagrams.
• Experience working in regulated environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR).
