What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs, owning roadmaps, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Apply design thinking and lean methodologies to reimagine future-state operating models and optimize business processes.
• Coordinate between executive sponsors, business leaders, and execution teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Develop project management standards and mentor project managers to drive execution excellence.
• Manage change management initiatives to ensure transformation is embedded into sustained business operations.
• Leverage AI tools and enabling software to enhance program delivery, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience leading complex, enterprise-scale programs.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• PgMP or PMP certification.
• Proven track record in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong expertise in dependency management, risk management, and executive communication.
• Hands-on experience with transformation frameworks like Six Sigma, LEAN, or Design Thinking.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications in Change Management or Organizational Design.
• Experience building or scaling a transformation function.
• Domain expertise in Sales Operations, Product Delivery, or Client Onboarding.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets.
