What you will do

• Lead client-side execution of an organizational redesign and AI tool implementation program.
• Validate scope, manage timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.
• Present program updates, risks, and outcomes to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, training, change management, and adoption through go-live and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Senior Program Manager in large-scale organizational transformation, with multiple project references.
• Demonstrated experience with organizational design and change implementation.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools in project or program management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies used in large organizations and proficiency with project management tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with strong executive presence and C-suite presentation experience.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours and occasional early or late work to support program deadlines; video is required for all remote calls.

Nice to have

• Consumer-Packaged Goods industry experience.
• Change management experience or certification.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Workday, or AI automation tool implementation.
• Willingness to travel to the U.S. East Coast for key client meetings.
