Manager, Global Inclusion APAC

Location: Hong Kong; the position is located in APAC. Approximately 20% travel, primarily within APAC, with occasional global travel.

What you will do

• Co-create and execute APAC inclusion priorities in partnership with the Global Senior Head, Inclusion and internal culture leaders.
• Build partnerships with investment firms, regulators, professional associations, CFA Societies, volunteers, and regional stakeholders.
• Lead inclusion analytics, including surveys, data tracking, KPI dashboards, impact reporting, and continuous improvement insights.
• Design and deliver roundtables, workshops, learning experiences, toolkits, and partner engagements across APAC.
• Create frameworks and operating norms that embed inclusion, ethical culture, bias mitigation, and inclusive leadership into governance and decision-making.
• Coordinate strategic messaging and client-ready materials while serving as an ambassador for hirify.global’s inclusion agenda.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree is advantageous.
• 5–7 years of experience in the investment industry or adjacent sectors, with exposure to inclusion or human capital topics preferred.
• Working knowledge of inclusion, human capital management, governance, talent, culture, and regional APAC market considerations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills, including dashboard development, KPI tracking, and survey or program data interpretation.
• Fluency in English required; experience working across APAC markets, time zones, and matrixed organizations is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, public policy, behavioral science, HR, or organizational psychology.
• CFA Program candidate status or CFA designation.
• Additional APAC language skills.
