Crypto OTC Sales Trader (Digital Assets)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; onsite.

What you will do

• Provide real-time quotes, negotiate trade terms, and execute large-volume digital asset orders with minimal slippage.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional counterparties, funds, and corporate treasuries.
• Deliver market insights on volatility, funding rates, liquidity shifts, and trading opportunities.
• Manage real-time position exposure within internal risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with sales and product teams to onboard clients, identify revenue opportunities, and improve trading infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales trading, with a demonstrated record of revenue generation and client flow.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with trading platforms such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase, Bitkub, Indodax, or Tokocrypto.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Emotional discipline and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
