What you will do

• Supervise sales representatives to achieve performance targets for infusion pumps, intravenous devices, and infection prevention products.
• Develop area-specific sales targets and detailed forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and roundtable discussions to support promotional and educational initiatives.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and responsiveness.
• Implement marketing strategies, monitor product returns, and recommend competitive pricing for tender invitations.
• Analyze team reports and track competitor activities to develop and execute effective counterstrategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity (e.g., Supervisor or Assistant Manager).
• English proficiency at an intermediate level.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tendering processes, including proposal preparation and submission.
