Trainer (Software and Hardware)

Location: KZN, Westville, South Africa; regular travel to client sites is required

A software company providing retail business management systems, point-of-sale solutions, and related hardware.

What you will do

• Learn the functionality of retail software and hardware systems.
• Deliver training to retailers and help users apply system features effectively.
• Break down complex concepts into clear, practical learning materials and explanations.
• Support clients during new system installations and provide on-site assistance.
• Travel to client locations and work occasional overtime when installations require it.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous point-of-sale or training experience.
• At least A+ and N+ certifications.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for client-site travel.
• Clear criminal record required.
• Ability to learn software and hardware quickly and explain functionality clearly.
• Working hours are generally 8:00–17:00, with occasional overtime required.

Nice to have

• Previous FMCG-sector experience, particularly in a training environment.
• CTT or equivalent training or teaching certification.
