Trainer (Automotive)

Location: Seoul, South Korea; virtual work with travel to various locations for on-site training

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality automotive training courses both remotely and on-site.
• Develop and update presentations, handouts, and other training resources.
• Identify training needs, design programs, and coordinate training schedules with the training team.
• Evaluate participant performance, provide feedback, and monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services on training opportunities and major platform migration projects.
• Improve training methods while meeting quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, particularly in the body shop segment.
• Proven experience delivering automotive training to participants at different levels.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in collision repair or a related field are mandatory.
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to use virtual training platforms and tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to deliver on-site training courses.
