Manager, Portfolio Execution (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States. Travel: 10–15% domestic and international. Relocation assistance is not authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $163,200–$224,400, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Coordinate acquisition integration and divestiture separation activities across business and functional teams.
• Develop and maintain integration and separation plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and master trackers.
• Track KPIs, risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and deal milestones, escalating issues when needed.
• Support governance processes, steering committees, executive updates, and cross-functional communication.
• Coordinate Transitional Service Agreements and separation exit timelines with the appropriate teams.
• Improve M&A execution methodologies, tools, templates, training materials, and post-mortem processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or adjacent industries, including commercial strategy, corporate development, or transformation roles.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Outstanding project or program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executives.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and the ability to work in an action-oriented, high-accountability environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• In-depth knowledge of M&A and divestiture processes, including business, financial, accounting, legal, and tax principles.
• Strategic consulting background or experience managing complex deals and investments.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of wound care, infection prevention, surgical solutions, dental, or health information systems.
