Salary: $163,200–$224,400, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Coordinate acquisition integration and divestiture separation activities across commercial, operational, and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain master plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependency trackers.
• Monitor transaction progress, KPIs, risks, roadblocks, and issues, escalating matters that require leadership resolution.
• Support governance through steering committees, executive updates, functional leadership, and quarterly performance reporting.
• Coordinate Transitional Service Agreements and separation exit timelines in collaboration with the transaction management organization.
• Improve M&A execution methodologies, playbooks, tools, templates, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or an adjacent industry, including commercial strategy, corporate development, or transformation roles.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Strong project or program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of M&A or divestiture processes and related business, financial, accounting, legal, and tax principles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• Strategic consulting experience or a track record managing complex deals and investments.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of wound care, infection prevention, surgical solutions, dental, or health information systems.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and experience presenting to executives.
