Enterprise Initiative Lead (Mission-Based Teams)

Location: New Brunswick, Canada; hybrid work required with regular remote and in-office work

Salary: CAD 99,178–132,236 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for high-impact enterprise initiatives supporting hirify.global’s 2030 Corporate Strategy.
• Define initiative objectives, KPIs, milestones, outcome measures, and accountabilities with Mission Sponsors and Business Leads.
• Shape and mobilize Mission-Based Teams by securing capabilities, onboarding members, and establishing clear ways of working.
• Establish governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and meeting cadences for effective decision-making.
• Act as a strategic integration point for executive sponsors, senior leaders, Shared Services, and delivery teams.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and dependencies, remove barriers, and provide executive-level reporting on progress and value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, management, organizational leadership, engineering, information technology, public administration, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience directing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, transformations, or complex cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale agile transformations and influencing senior executives through organizational change.
• Strong strategic and systems thinking, enterprise problem-solving, facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• English proficiency in spoken and written communication; French is an asset.
• Must have resided in Canada for at least five years and hold Canadian citizenship or permanent residency to meet the Reliability Status Clearance requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience in an enterprise transformation office or enterprise portfolio environment.
• Experience with Mission-Based Teams, agile delivery models, transformation governance, or enterprise prioritization frameworks.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting, decision-making, and value realization.
