HR Systems Analyst

TL;DR

HR Systems Analyst (HR systems/Business Analysis): Designing and improving HR system processes, requirements, reporting, and applications that support employees across a global clinical research organization with an accent on process optimization, system implementation, and stakeholder communication. Focus on translating business needs into system specifications, coordinating enhancements, troubleshooting delivery issues, and evaluating solutions for senior management.

Location: Office-based in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, with eligibility to work from home one day per week after training and the probationary period.

What you will do

• Document, design, and implement internal HR business system processes.
• Translate business requirements into user requirements and system specifications for software development.
• Coordinate communication between HR process owners and software development teams.
• Plan and support system enhancements and the implementation of new applications.
• Troubleshoot development issues and propose solutions that meet business objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate reporting and data analytics needs and present system recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as an HRIS Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a related role.
• Experience with analysis, problem solving, communication, requirements documentation, and process improvement.
• Ability to act as a business partner between HR and IT and communicate with process owners and development teams.
• Ability to work from the Cincinnati office; one work-from-home day per week is available only after training and the probationary period.
