Business Systems Analyst (ERP)

TL;DR

Business Systems Analyst (ERP): Supporting and enhancing technology solutions for cross-functional business operations with an accent on ERP platforms and system integrations. Focus on gathering requirements, performing UAT, and driving incremental improvements to core business applications.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Norwalk, CT (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

What you will do

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements, configurations, and process improvements.
• Maintain and support core business applications including NetSuite ERP, Celigo, and BI tools.
• Participate in UAT activities, including documenting test cases and validating outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and triage basic technical and system issues.
• Document system processes, workflows, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Analytics, or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or IT Analyst role.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in the Norwalk, CT office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Exposure to NetSuite ERP.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL or relational databases.
