What you will do

• Document and manage new and existing business processes for training, analysis, and redesign.
• Analyze operational requirements, business processes, and technology capabilities to identify efficiency opportunities and gaps.
• Create and maintain a requirements database linking business requirements to supporting capabilities.
• Evaluate proposed IT solutions, review provider materials, and prepare Alternatives Analysis for PMO project prioritization.
• Build and execute test scripts to compare product capabilities and support purchase recommendations.
• Review solution configuration changes and perform systems analysis research and documentation.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience providing business and IT systems analysis support.
• Ability to analyze business processes, operational requirements, functional capabilities, and technology gaps.
• Experience documenting requirements and validating proposed solutions against business needs.
• Ability to create and execute thorough test scripts for evaluating IT products.
• Availability for a full-time hybrid role in Boston or Philadelphia, with remote work listed as an option.
