• Own and advance the product management discipline by setting organizational standards and best practices.
• Perform senior billable consulting work to guide team approach and product execution on key client engagements.
• Advise enterprise clients on product management structures, operating models, and technology adoption strategies.
• Shape skill frameworks to inform hiring, capability building, and line management across the product practice.
• Partner with business development leads to turn advanced AI models into viable long-term products.
• Educate internal teams and client stakeholders on the strategic value of product management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product management leadership, specifically building capabilities or teams in scale-up settings.
• Strong consulting acumen with the ability to guide non-technical executives through complex product choices.
• Hands-on experience delivering complex data, analytics, or AI-powered products.
• Agile and pragmatic approach to problem-solving with a focus on long-term organizational capability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills for articulating product value.
• Ability to balance capability development, client delivery, business development, and team mentorship.
