Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the partner platform.
• Shape and deliver an AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and wider PropTech integration.
• Lead direct customer discovery to turn insights into clear, actionable priorities.
• Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership.
• Act as a role model for independent decision-making and coach other team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy with clear commercial impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across departments.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) into product management workflows.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
