What you will do

• Own and evolve one or more complex products/large product areas across multiple clients, countries, and tenants, setting vision and roadmap and defending it with evidence.
• Drive complex projects at scale by prioritising the right outcomes, balancing global consistency with local market and regulatory requirements.
• Orchestrate discovery, backlog health, and prioritisation; frame ambiguous problem spaces into structured, deliverable outcomes.
• Continuously improve end-to-end customer and user journeys and validate delivered value using metrics and product-health data.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across delivery teams, architecture, engineering, technology, QA, professional services, and service delivery.
• Set direction for AI, automation, and data-driven approaches within product scope and move AI from experimentation to embedded capability.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience as a Product Owner (or equivalent) in financial services/fintech or complex regulated software, owning products end-to-end.
• Strong domain knowledge in lending/credit, including origination/onboarding or servicing and administration of loan agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects at scale across multiple teams and contributors.
• Excellent decision-making and prioritisation under ambiguity, able to make and defend high-stakes trade-offs.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and influence across senior, cross-functional, and client stakeholders without relying on authority.
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum discovery, requirements, and backlog ownership using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Exposure to multi-country or multi-regulatory product delivery.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in software products beyond experimentation.
• Familiarity with data-driven product development, product-health metrics, and outcome measurement.
• Experience contributing to product strategy across more than one product or a wider portfolio.
• Technical fluency.
