TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (PropTech): Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products with an accent on AI-driven strategy and PropTech AI integration. Focus on leading customer discovery, influencing senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership, and delivering clear commercial impact through autonomous decision-making.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid), must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

What you will do

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for website, property report, and digital products.
  • Support other teams while leading your own product areas for ~12 months.
  • Shape and deliver AI-driven strategy including AI workflows and PropTech integration.
  • Lead customer discovery and turn insights into actionable priorities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to gain buy-in and drive execution.
  • Act as role model for independent decision-making and coach others on best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy with end-to-end ownership and commercial impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across departments and levels.
  • Comfort with autonomous working without hand-holding.
  • Confidence using and integrating AI tools like Claude Code into product management.
  • Clear, articulate communicator able to explain builds, rationale, and results.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
