Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with SCRUM teams to deliver new features, manage maintenance, and address tech debt.
• Define business and user requirements via User Stories, use cases, and mock-ups for development teams.
• Partner with Architects, Development, and QE teams to ensure requirement coverage and quality.
• Drive product and business planning, analyzing ROI and build-vs-buy options.
• Analyze competitor offerings to create product differentiation and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct continuous discovery and experimentation to map out the problem and opportunity space.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in product management roles.
• Experience in the life insurance industry (sales, marketing, distribution, or vendor).
• Intermediate knowledge of Life and Annuity products and concepts.
• Proven track record of deploying consumer-facing AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML development methodologies, ethics, and compliance.
• Prior Agile experience writing user stories.

• Certified AI Product Manager (CAPM) Certification.
