Immigration Operations Specialist (Legal Operations)

Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, five days per week. Overtime flexibility is required during high-volume periods.

Salary: $20–$21 per hour.

What you will do

• Prepare correspondence, immigration petition filings, mailings, online applications, and client document intake.
• Scan, upload, organize, and maintain sensitive case documents in the company platform.
• Support standard employment-based immigration cases under the guidance of senior specialists.
• Maintain accurate case updates and notices while performing quality and compliance checks.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support high-volume initiatives, including H-1B cap season, and work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of administrative or clerical experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential, time-sensitive information accurately.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago five days per week, work at a computer for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
